Production and delivery
Every edition is made to order. Production begins after you complete the intake form and payment is confirmed.
PDF proof within 12 hours. Nothing prints without approval.
Arrives in about 2 weeks.
Returns and replacements
Because every book is personalized and made to order, Orvelle cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your book arrives with physical damage, a manufacturing defect, incorrect binding, or fails to arrive at all, Orvelle will send a replacement copy at no cost. Send a photo of the issue to our support team within 30 days of your ship date.
The 30-day print protection covers manufacturing defects, physical damage, or failed delivery. Photo evidence is required. It does not cover content choices, spelling, or design preferences after proof approval.
Proof approval
Nothing goes to print without your approval. Orvelle delivers a complete PDF proof before production.
One revision round is included before print. Additional revision rounds may be available at a flat fee.
Approval is final. Once you approve the proof, the order goes to press and cannot be modified.
