Your PDF proof arrives within 12 hours. After you approve it, your hardcover enters production and the complete order typically arrives in about two weeks.

Orvelle ships worldwide. International customs charges may apply depending on the destination.

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Orvelle Editions does not store your full card details.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before proof delivery. Because every book is custom-made, refunds are not available after proof approval. Damaged books and printing errors are replaced at no cost.

It covers manufacturing defects, physical damage, and failed delivery reported within 30 days. Photo evidence may be required so Orvelle can arrange a replacement.
